Our Instant Support services

If you have an issue that needs urgent assistance we can provide secure support immediately via telephone and remote control of your PC(s) and server(s).

Instant support is only available to business users, we do not provide support to home users. All Support is provided in accordance with our usual terms and conditions. Please read these as you will be deemed to have read and accepted them if we provide support.

If you would like Instant Support please call us on 0845 649 6149. Instant Support is available between the hours 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT/BST) Monday - Friday.

Our Helpdesk Representative will discuss your problem with you and decide whether the problem is appropriate for telephone or remote support. If we are confident we are able to assist, you will be given a reference number and a choice of payment options:

Premium Rate Phone Line

You will be given an 0906 premium rate telephone number. You must call us on the premium rate number quoting the call reference given above, so the consultant can access the call details.  All calls to this number are billed at £1.50 per minute to your telephone bill. You must remain on the line for the duration of any support given. You may end the call at any time. If you end the call while the consultant is providing support the consultant will terminate the support session immediately.

Pre Pay Support 

You will be asked to provide payment for services by credit card. Support is purchased in hourly units. The amount of time purchased will be recorded in our database and any time spent providing support or advice to you will be debited against your support account.
Once Payment has been received, you will be provided with a call reference number and the call will be transferred to a consultant. You must provide the consultant with the call reference number, so the consultant can access the call details and log their time.
Any support remaining once the problem is resolved will be left on your account to be used towards resolving future problems. If the issue cannot be resolved within the time on account, you will be asked for further payment to continue support.

Single Instance Support 

Single instance support is billed at the end of the support call, for the amount of time used.
You will be asked to provide a credit card number and we will pre-authorize payment for 2 hours support on the credit card account. You will then be given a call reference number and transferred to a consultant. You must provide the consultant with the call reference number, so the consultant can access the call details and log the time used.
When the support call is complete the consultant will process the payment, charging only for the support time used.
If the support call exceeds 2 hours, the payment will be processed and a further 2 hours pre-authorised.
