Kevin Bishop - Managing Director

I have been supporting computers and networks since 1988. After 5 years developing and supporting the PCs, local and wide area networks for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, I established Bishop Consultancy in 1994 to provide support and advice to small and medium businesses. I am a firm believer in running a business with honesty, integrity and customer service at it's heart.

I am a keen fly and course fisherman and I am never more relaxed that when I am on the bank.

Angela Bishop - Finance Director

I have extensive experience working in customer service and finance in the Civil Service and Local Government. I joined Bishop Consultancy in 1996 and have been managing the company accounts and finances ever since.

I love films, concerts and music especially Take That, Tony Hadley and Go West.

James Thomas - Computer Consultant

I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. I have lived in Essex for the past 12 years, trained at Seetec and have been working for Bishop Consultancy since April 2008. I have previously worked for an electronics company where I was involved in the manufacture of EPOS equipment. I am trained in AutoCad to city and guilds level.

In my spare time I like to make furniture as one of my hobbies includes woodwork, I also like to keep fit and regularly go running and swimming.

David Austin - Computer Consultant

I've been working in the I.T. industry since 2000, starting out in Desktop support and user training, before moving onto Network Administration then Network consultancy, spanning both the public and private sectors. I have an A-Grade in AVCE I.T. and am a certified Sophos Professional. I specialise in hardware issues, desktop support, and helping users find answers to their application problems, but have worked the full spectrum from Server management and Network planning, to mobile device setup, and web design. Outside of work, I'm an avid gamer and a gadget nut.

Denis Barry-Smith - Senior Computer Consultant

I have been involved with I.T. since the mid eighties. Experience includes working as a Systems Analyst in the die casting industry and several years as I.T. Manager for an engineering company. I have also worked in I.T. support and in the database development team for two major London colleges. I taught the CLAIT and the European Computer Driving License syllabus to mature Students at Havering College. I have an Honours degree in Mathematics and have Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications in Server Technologies and Client Operating Systems.
